3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement:

Mention your order number, attach clear photos of the item, and describe the issue.
Wait for our approval and return instructions (if applicable).
Once approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the fault is ours.
